What does Business unlock?

What happens after I use my minutes?
Your plan stops using included minutes. You can add pay-as-you-go credits and keep transcribing. Credits start at $0.06 per minute and do not expire.
Are API and automation costs included?
Pro and Business include access to integrations, the API, and MCP. Minutes used through API, n8n, Make, or Zapier count toward your plan. Extra processing uses pay-as-you-go credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel directly from your account and keep access until the end of your billing period. If you subscribed on Apple or Google, manage renewal in your app store account.
What is your refund policy?
New purchases are eligible for a refund within three days, provided fewer than three video-processing jobs have been completed. Cancel your subscription, then request a refund from your account refund page.
