  • Generated Transcriptions: We store the transcriptions and related analysis that our system generates for your account.

  • Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including IP address, browser or app type, and operating system.
  • Billing Information: Payment card details for web purchases are processed by Stripe. App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and invoice records) needed to provide and support your plan.

  • Manage subscriptions, usage limits, and billing

Typical categories include cloud hosting and object storage, AI speech-to-text and language models, payment processing (Stripe for web billing and Apple for App Store billing), email delivery, customer support tooling, and privacy-safe product analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog). Analytics events use aggregate metadata only — we do not send transcript text, video URLs, or email addresses to these tools. When session replay is enabled, form inputs and transcript text shown on screen are masked before recording leaves the browser. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, dissolution, or similar business transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with your consent or at your direction.

5. Data Retention

We keep account, transcription, and temporary processing data only as long as needed to provide and operate the Service. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
